General conditions for  internetsales on the Berca-Webshop

This conditions are subject to sales of products bought on this website from Gerca NV, Hoogbeverenstraat 25, 8850 Ardooie en Pacoliba NV, Kortrijkstraat 121, 8770 Ingelmunster.

Prices

All prices are VAT included. This price is exclusive shippingcosts and possible other costs. All prices are in EURO. The price of the product is the price valid on the orderdate of the webshop from Berca.
We can never be helt responsible for possible errors in our productrange.

Order and delivery

Every order will sent as fast as possible and will be confirmed by e-mail. You will receive a second mail when the order is send to you or is available in our Bercashop.
We try to send you the order as fast as possible, normally in one week. Maximum deliverytime is one month.
When the product is out of stock, you will be informed about it and your order will be cancelled.
The order will be sent by mail to your address or you can pick it up in one of our Berca-shops. Please bring always your confirmationmail with you.
The consumer has always the right to cancel the order, without payment of any fine and without giving a reason within seven days from the day that follows the delivery of the order or after signing the agreement. The product should always be returned in the original package without wear.

Payment

You can pay by Paypal, Visa, mastercard of banktransfer.
Berca is not responsible for any bankcosts.
The ordered products stay property of Berca until the order is completely payed.
When the payment is done by transfer, they stay two weeks reserved waiting for your payment.
Berca takes all necessary measures to secure all information concerning payments and orders. Berca cannot be helt responsible when others acquiring unauthorized access to this data.

Returning goods

You have the right, without giving a reason to cancel your order within seven days after delivery of your order, without costs and with handing over/send the deliverynote. The goods should always be send in the orginal package.
A product cannot be take back when it’s already used.
The payed amount will be returned after approval within 30 days on your bankaccount.
U can bring the order for FREE in one of our Berca shops. U can also send the order back at your costs to Gerca NV, Hoogbeverenstraat 25, 8850 Ardoooie, België.

Disputes

The sales of our goods are subject to the Belgian Law and possible disputes will brought to Belgian courts.
This conditions are also drawn up in Dutch. The Dutch text shall always override in case of dispute.
