Shipping / Pickup

Every order can be send to your home address or you can pickup your order for FREE in one of our shops (see www.berca.be).

We have stock of all our products.  This way we can deliver very fast. Orders are send as fast as possible. If you want to pickup the product in our shop and we have still stock, then you can pick it up the same day. Otherwise maximum delivery time is one week.

After you ordered you’ll receive a confirmation mail. When the product is send or delivered in the shop you’ll receive a second mail.

For orders lower then 30 EUR you have to pay 5 EUR administration costs.

Payments

Payments with Bancontact, Paypal, Visa or Mastercard are reserved for you immediately.

Payments through transfer can only be reserved AFTER reception of the payment. Because it takes some days until we receive the payment, it can happen that the product is allready soldout.

Pickup in our shops

This is completely FREE. If you want you can fit the product and if you don’t like it, you receive your money back.
Please always bring your confirmation mail.

Shippingcosts

We send the orders by Belgian post.

Shipping is at risk of the customer. Take the assured shipping method to be 100% sure that your items arrive.

Return goods

With Berca webshop you can return your order within seven days after reception, without giving a reason , without costs.

Please always include our invoice. The goods always have to be in the orginal package.

If the product is used, Berca will not accept return.

Return shippings need to have enough stamps or they will not be accepted.

Don’t forget to send us an e-mail before sending, then you receive your money back (at your bankaccount). At last in one month.
